1. Welcome & Introduction to LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
Duration: 15 min
Activity: Build a tower & explain it
Purpose:
- Get familiar with LEGO as thinking, learn the basics of building & storytelling with bricks

2. Personal Connection to Work
Duration: 30 min
Activity: Build "The part of my job I love the most"
Purpose:
- Encourage self-reflection and plain language to tell story, get comfortable with metaphorical thinking

3. Uncovering Pain Points
Duration: 30 min
Activity: Build "A nightmare in the office"
Purpose:
- Identify and articulate key work challenges
- Explain these complex problems clearly, structurally brick by brick to make sense abstract concepts to explain to others

4. Exploring Innovation in Context

Activity: What does innovation mean to you?
Duration: 20 min
Purpose:
- Explore various interpretations and definitions of "innovation"
- Surface assumptions and establish a shared understanding

Activity: What kind of innovation leader you do not want to be?
Duration: 20 min
Purpose:
- Identify leadership pitfalls and vulnerabilities
- Create awareness of behaviors that block innovation

5. Pillars of Innovative Leadership
Duration: 60 min
Activity: Build the foundations needed to develop innovative mindset
Purpose:
- Define essential values and conditions for innovation

Share model (Co-creation):
- Split into 2 groups
- Group build combining non-negotiables and create 2 shared models to show these pillars
- The outcome: 2 collective "pillars" of innovation leadership.

6. Post-Lunch Refresh & Real Challenges

Purpose:
- Re-ground the team in present reality

7. Innovation Leadership in Transformation
Duration: 20 min
Activity: Reaction to real-world changes
Purpose:
- How do leaders navigate change
- Identify emotional and strategic responses
- Organizational transformation and the human side of innovation
- Discuss the role of psychological safety in transformation


OUTCOMES
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
