Lyla is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop facilitator who trained directly under Robert Rasmussen—one of the original founders and principal architects of the methodology—in Billund, Denmark. Before becoming an LSP practitioner, she honed her expertise through years of facilitating brand and innovation design workshops for businesses and entrepreneurial communities.

In her previous career, Lyla worked as a brand builder and graphic communication designer. She grew up in an old family home in Jakarta, Indonesia, where her father also grew up—a space filled with fascinating old and vintage objects that sparked her imagination and love for tinkering. The two LEGO® sets inherited from her older siblings became the foundation of her lifelong passion for crafting stories and storytelling, skills she now brings to her professional facilitation work.

Based primarily in Singapore, Lyla divides her time between there, Jakarta, Shanghai and California.

Lyla is available to travel internationally for select client engagements.
